Situated in the best lane in Braunton (at least we think so) it has incredible views across the village and the surrounding countryside from the peaceful decking to the rear of the house. It's less than 3 miles to the stunning Saunton Sands beach and, with the popular village of Croyde also only 5 minutes away, it's the perfect location for a UK holiday.

Location & Beaches

High View is conveniently situated just a short, pleasant walk from the centre of Braunton, with its many cafes, restaurants and surf shops. Saunton Sands is less than 5 minutes drive away and the house is also less than a couple of hundred metres from the start of the Tarka Trail, an off road cycle track of more than 30 miles that runs along an old, disused railway line.
